Who Am I?

The simplest answer I could give you, a photographer. Through my whole body I just have this unrelenting urge to create beautiful photos out of what is in front of me. I couldn’t tell you exactly what triggered it or what keeps it going, but I can tell you my story.

I grew up in a small town outside of Portland Oregon called Scappoose. If you don’t know where that is, it’s basically in between St. Helens and Portland. Being from a small town I never really felt like I had much to do. We had a local skate park and the school playgrounds but that was about it unless you could drive. Luckily for me my grandma owned a sweet 82 collectors edition Corvette that I just loved. We used to make monthly trips in it to varying locations, but the one thing that always came with us was my grandma’s little 35mm Film Canon that she had. She’s the one who ultimately introduced me to photography.

Skip forward to 2016, I’m a freshman at Pacific University majoring in Music Performance with a minor in Photography. This is when my professor and dear friend Jim Flory really shows me how wonderful photography is and how it can let me express myself and connect with others. Plus it can help me pay the bills! For the next 4 years he refined me and pushed me into new opportunities and ideas that I never thought I would get to try.

Now I am here to create wonderful images for all you to enjoy and share!
